Jason Bellina,
Administrator

Jason has taken over as the Administrator of the Utility as of July 1, 2023. Jason joined the Utility in September 2014 as the Operations and Maintenance Manager. Jason and his wife Julie have 2 sons and have lived in Dundurn since 1999. Jason enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time.

Rosalind L. Arndt,
Outgoing Administrator

Ros has been the Administrator since 2009 and has decided to retire at the end of September 2023. Ros spent countless hours in her time at the Utility spearheading the Phase 3 water line project and the Building Canada Grant program. The Utility doubled in size from the time Ros took over as Administrator.  Ros is really looking forward to spending time with her granddaughters in Alberta in her retirement.  The Utility would like to wish Ros all the best and thank her very much for all her hard work and dedication in her years of service with us.

Chantel Hendry,
Administrative Assistant

Chantel and her husband Matthew have lived near Dundurn for 8 years.   Chantel enjoys spending time racing at SIR, backpacking/camping in the mountains, and spending time with her family.  Chantel  & Matthew have two sons under the age of 3 which keep them very busy.

Barb Olyniuk,
Administrative Assistant

Barb started part time with the Utility in April 2010. Barb lives in the RM with her husband Wayne.  She loves spending her days outside and with her two wonderful grandsons. Barb also enjoys time scrapbooking.

Daphne Buchanan,
Administrative Assistant (One year term)

Daphne joined our team in August of 2023. Daphne lives in Dundurn with her husband Noah and enjoys spending time with her cat and nephews and going to the gym.

Brian McNutt,
Operations & Maintenance Technician

Brian McNutt started with the Utility in September 2014. Brian currently lives in Saskatoon with his wife, Tracey and their two boys. Brian enjoys fishing in the summer and warm holidays in the winter.

Don Suttie,
Maintenance Operator

Don joined the Utility part-time in May of 2012.  Don and his wife live in  the RM of Rosedale and have three grown daughters.
